More and more electrotechnical products are being equipped with radio interfaces – and thus fall under the Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU (RED).
As soon as a product uses the frequency spectrum for communication, it must comply with the fundamental requirements of the RED (Reference Directive for Radio Equipment). In our seminar, you will learn what this means in concrete terms, presented in a practical and easy-to-understand way. Concepts such as EU type examination, central product database, software evaluation, broadcast receivers, and the role of the notified body in product modifications will become clear to you.
Target audience
Employees from the areas of sales, development, product management and quality management, as well as importers involved in the conformity and approval of radio products in the European market.
