The Cyber ​​Resilience Act (CRA) is the first EU-wide regulation to establish binding cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements. Initial reporting obligations will apply from September 11, 2026, and all requirements must be met by December 11, 2027, in order for products to continue being offered on the EU market.
