Phoenix Testlab GmbH - accredited test and certification laboratory
As an independent and accredited test laboratory and certification institute, Phoenix Testlab GmbH, based in Blomberg, Germany, offers a complete range of services from the configuration phase right through to the global market launch of components for rail vehicles.
The company will be exhibiting its services at InnoTrans for the first time. Information about the entire range of services will be available in Hall 8.2, Booth 141. In the test laboratory accredited and recognized by the Federal Rail Transport Authority (EBA), the following testing facilities are available according to standards EN 50155 and EN 61373, for example:
- Complete EMC
- Environmental simulations such as vibration, shock, climate, and corrosion
- Electrical device safety
- Radio tests
The range of services is supplemented by the company's own EMC notified body for assessing conformance with the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC for on-site tests. Phoenix Testlab has been involved in the testing and certification of railway components since 1994.
