Industrial Technology - Environmental Simulation

Our engineers' expertise as well as the testing machinery in our environmental simulation laboratory are specially geared to extreme testing requirements. Climatic tests within a temperature range from -40°C to +180°C for volumes of up to 19,000 litres and vibration tests of control cabinets with weights of up to 0.5t - these are some of the boundary values of our facilities. We also perform vibration tests with climatic superposition in accordance with your demands.

Our tests will allow you to define the maximum limits of your products under reproducible environmental influences such as salt mist, vibration, climate, dust and water at Phoenix Testlab.

We can also combine the tests listed above with electrical safety tests to help you optimise your costs.

Accreditation/Certification

Accreditation: DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 / DIN EN 45011
Certification: DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001

Relevant standards include

  • DIN EN 60068-2-6 (Sinusoidal vibration testing)
  • DIN EN 60068-2-2 (Climatic testing)
  • DIN EN 60068-2-14 (Rapid temperature change testing)
  • DIN EN 60068-2-57 (Salt mist)
