Test laboratories are set up according to international standards and your products are also tested in line with the company standards and delivery conditions of well-known automobile manufacturers. These range from EMC testing, through environmental simulations to durability testing of mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic components for vehicles.
If individual mechanical test methods are required, we support our customers through the use of a tailored combination of measuring and test equipment. We also have complex monitoring systems to monitor and stimulate the functions of complex test objects during a test.
The test laboratories are accredited by the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA) as Technical testing Service for the following EU-/ECE-Directives:
- EC Directive 2006/96/EC, EMC for vehicle components
- EC Directive 97/24/EC, Cap. 8, EMC for 2 and 3 wheeled vehicles components
- EC Directive 95/56/EC, (Immobilizer for vehicles)
- EC Directive 2001/3/EC, EMC for agricultural and forestry tractors components
- ECE-R 10 Rev. 3, EMC for vehicle components
If required, we support our customers in gaining KBA approval within the framework of the type approval procedure for E/e-marking.
The EMC test laboratory is accredited in the scope of EMC acc. to the Automotive EMC Laboratory Accreditation Program (AEMCLAP) for FORD and General Motors.
