As a Notified Body within the meaning of the R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC, Phoenix Testlab is authorised to assess whether radio and telecommunications terminal devices meet the regulations for effective frequency utilisation, EMC, safety and health. |

The Technical Construction File (TCF) is the basis for device examination. According to the R&TTE Directive, the TCF has to specify all technical data of the appliance including EMC testing reports, effective use of the radio spectrum, electrical safety and health.

This procedure enables easy and fast application for approvals and conformity assessment of the Notified Body as part of the R&TTE Directive 1999/5/EC for radio systems in Europe.
